Africa Code Week has been at the
forefront of introducing coding to over
14 million young Africans since its
inception in 2015. With a commitment
to organizing 70,000+ free coding
workshops, this initiative has become a
beacon of hope for empowering the
next generation.
Over 200 teachers from the Greater
Banjul Area and West Coast Region
were trained on computational thinking
and scratch coding at the Edu Lab in St.
Joseph’s Senior Secondary School.
Every year we provide training,
ensuring that one day the challenge of
tech education in schools doesn’t stop.
